My sister recently came back from vacation. While she was gone she found these huge circular needles and decided that I should add them to my collection.
Unfortunately, they are size 17 and 23. I don’t have any patterns that call for anything that big. I really want to use them though, so I am now on a quest to find a pattern calling for the use of a huge needles. So far, the only thing I have come across is a poncho pattern, but that really doesn’t appeal to me.

Try looking for broomstick lace patterns. They typically use fat needles.
