Fuzzy Flip-Flops

I actually made these a few years ago, but I still think they are absolutely adorable.

I can’t remember where I got the idea to make these. I think it was a a newspaper article about something similar because I can remember saying to myself “I can do that.”

I created these from a pair of dollar store flip-flops and used Fun Fur yarn (my absolute favorite yarn to work with).

I started by creating two little “scarves” for each flip flop using a garter stitch. The “scarves” were then sewn around the plastic part of the flip-flops, and with that had a created an amazing pair of fuzzy flip-flops.

The best part about these is they are so comfortable that they feel more like a pair of slippers than shoes.
